  4. Assassin's Fist is definitely worth watching. The first is IMO still the best : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Street_Fighter_II:_The_Animated_Movie. I would avoid the dubbed version where the music is replaced with grunge hits from the 90s, myself.
