DEEN has some good shows, but so do almost all more popular Studios. But they also have plenty of bad ones, such as Log Horizon or F/SN. It's like with Madhouse never making sequels.
The Studio Deen version is justifiably disliked because it is not a faithful adaptation of Fate. It mixes routes and plots that make the story in the anime messier than it needs to be. There are plenty of things to nitpick. In regards to animation, it isn't particularly subpar compared to its contemporaries.

studio deen isn't bad. They have produced some good comedies konosuba, sakamoto, setokai no ichizon etc. If you are looking for bad studio then it is pierrot.
A studio is bad because it adapted 3 VNs in a ( admittedly ) bad way. Let's ignore the COUNTLESS OTHER good shows they made. I would argue that many of their good shows is good despite Deen or the scuffedness adds to the experience.
