  5. I want to like this movie. The foreplay between Alicia Vikander & James McAvoy is palpable. It's a simple to understand love story with basic conflict. It vaguely reminds me of Richard Linklater's Before Sunrise trilogy (heavy on dialogue between two people). But as the ending nears, you can't help but think "it better not end like this".
