History. Originally founded as Pohler and Associates, L.L.C., by Senior Partner, Sue Pohler, after she spent time as Chairman of the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, eight successful years at the Ohio State Employment Relations Board (“SERB”), and chief of collections at the Ohio Attorney General Collections Enforcement Department.
Senior Partner, Sue Pohler has an extremely strong background in administration and client and constituent relationship building. She was appointed as the Senior Deputy Attorney General in Collections Enforcement by Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro on January 13, 2003.
