The Lacson Ruins are the remains of the ancestral mansion of Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson and Maria Braga Lacson. It is situated in Talisay, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The mansion was built in early 1900s and inspired by Italian architecture.
Although what remains is a burned down shell of what was once an elegant mansion, the grounds are well kept, with a number of areas suitable for photo ops. Tip: get a guide when you visit, so you can appreciate the history of the place and have nice photos taken from strategic points around the mansion. Read more.

The best time to visit The Ruins is between 4:00PM and 7:00PM when the beautiful sunset colors fill-up the remains of what was once a beautiful mansion. The house was build as a symbol of Lacson's love to his muse Braga. If you will look closely, the walls were carved from their domestic lives. Read more.

On this trip , we actually had to go there twice as the first time we attempted to visit, it was closed for a function.

One of the best place to visit when your in Negros Occidental. It's The Ruins with its magnificent structures and scenic location. They have also a restaurant if your hungry. It's a nice place to visit when your looking for historic locations or want some cool selfies and groupies.
