For more than a dozen years, the student crew of Toms River Schools TV has been televising the Toms River Halloween parade. This year, TRSTV will be providing a live stream of the parade on its YouTube channel, featuring hosts Matt Knight of WJRZ-FM (100.1) and Jimmy Steal of WRAT-FM (95.9).
