Sep 29, 2022 · Device manager shows the device is working properly on both machines. I have done extensive troubleshooting on both machines, am 100% sure of my cables and video source, have tried three older USB 2.0 video capture cards on both, and tried three different video capture programs. Everything is a black screen on both computers.
