Young California skateboarder and surfer Cash Canty (Sean Kellman) happens to meet his look-alike, Prince Edward (also Kellman), who is visiting the United States and destined to be king of Gelfland. The two boys decide to switch places and experience the ups and downs of different lives, with Cash enjoying royal treatment and Edward appreciating a less structured routine.
