Very good. I'm lucky I think, being in the store I'm in and working for who I do, but ultimately it's up to you to go into it with a positive outlook, and to prove yourself. The pay will suck for a while, but dollar tree is willing to pay for hard work. You just have to show it.
A dollar tree has opened recently in my area and they are looking for hires. I went into the store where it seemed like a small and very chill place. I'm wondering if it is worth it. I never worked retail. Honestly the bare minimum of a job for me. 20 hours a week if you're lucky, making your area's minimum wage.
