The customer rep said that the previous customer rep closed the ticket shortly after we hung up. She re-opened the ticket and said promised that someone would call in 24 hours. Nobody has called. Home Depot is hiring illegals, people. Our own to include our vets are not more important to Home Depot than illegals.
