Most changes to your electronic catalog file require an approved contract modification before you can update the changes in the SIP and upload to GSA Advantage. Your SIP text file on GSA Advantage should contain the complete GSA price list to include the cover page and terms and conditions as specified in clause I-FSS-600 Contract Price List.
