Mar 11, 2023 · If you are thinking of changing money at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport, knowing the best place to go to can put some extra money in your pocket, as much as three Baht for every US Dollar. That is substantial. For example, if you are changing 1000 USD, you will get 3000 Baht as a bonus.
If you arrive on one of the really late flights you may have to change a little money at what is available. (For me, the difference is not that big for $100 bucks. Next day you can hunt up the "best rate!" Bank money changers available 24 hours a day at the airport. Also ATMs.)
Check out the super rich website, it shows all the various rates at all of their locations. From there just do the math as to whether it's worthwhile to go to their HQ branch. Rates change constantly, but if you want to know if the rate is good, just look at the spread between the buy and sell.
