ITA chose the Thompson Vantage XL product for its new business-class seat, which you will also find on A330s operated by Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic. While the seat does not have sliding doors, it is still a solid business-class hard product.

Oct 25, 2023 · Ultimately the A330 is a bit narrower than other wide body aircraft, and you definitely feel that when seated. ITA Airways business class seat footwell A330neo. One thing I found frustrating about the cabin was the lack of individual air nozzles, which is an amenity that I value. ITA Airways overhead console A330neo.

Waiting at each seat upon boarding was a pillow and blanket. ITA Airways has two business class lavatories on the A350. Interestingly there are no lavs behind business class (by the second set of doors), but rather there’s a lavatory by the cockpit, and one at the front right of the cabin. The lavatories were average, and didn’t have any sort of premium amenities.
