Synopsis. President Staton (Dennis Quaid) hasn't looked at a newspaper since he was elected to office. Then on the morning after his re-election, he decides to read the newspaper. He locks himself in his bedroom for several weeks, and begins to examine his view of the world.
Plot: What's the story about? On the morning of his re-election, the President (Quaid) decides to read the newspaper for the first time in four years. This starts him down a slippery slope. He begins reading obsessively, reexamining his black and white view of the world, holing up in his bedroom in his pajamas.
