May 9, 2022 · Starting Monday, May 9th, the Eastlink Centre is adding more drop-in swimming times for the public. Those times are Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 pm, as well as 4-6 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and from 1-4 pm and 4:30 to 7:30 pm on Saturday s and Sundays.

Apr 19, 2017 · A schedule posted to their website has “spontaneous swim” times slotted for every evening, a couple afternoons during the week and afternoons into the evenings on the weekends. These are times where the entire pool is available to the public.
Jul 20, 2022 · At the Eastlink Centre, the 30-minute breaks between public swim times have been removed. Swimming lanes are now available for use until 8:30 p.m. on Thursdays and open until 9 p.m. every other day. Lane swimming is also available for limited use on weekdays between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

There's something there for everyone: slides, kids splash area, river tubing, lap pools, free swim area, diving boards, rope, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna. Easy to spend a fees hours here. Really liked that there's a JugoJuice and small cafe in the centre so you can grab a quick bite if you like.
