Dunstable Grammar School was a grammar school in the market town of Dunstable, Bedfordshire, England. Opened in 1888, it was closed in 1971. Dunstable Grammar School buildings, now used by Ashton Middle School. The site is now home to residential flats and apartments.
The grammar school migrated between the district schools and in 1808 was kept for four months in District school number 1, then two months in number 2, two months in number 3, and two months in number five.
It closed in 1971 when comprehensive education was introducted, and the buildings became the home of Ashton Middle School. The grammar school badge and some of its other traditions live on at Manshead Upper School.

Dunstable Grammar School was built in 1887-94 in a Tudor style. The school was funded by the Frances Ashton Charity and catered for one hundred pupils, "the sons of professional men, tradesmen and others".
