Armando Montelongo Jr. is an American real estate entrepreneur and public speaker, best known for his role from 2006 to 2009 on the A&E reality TV show Flip This House. He is the founder of "Armando Montelongo Companies", which presents real estate investment seminars.
When the network decided to change the cast to the Texas team, it was the end of Flip This House. Richard created this show - it was his idea for pity sake!! I think A & E made a huge mistake taking away Trademark Properties from the show and replacing them with the tacky new people.
