    Allow to set.The popcorn should cool and set for 1 to 2 hours. I recommend 2 hours to ensure it is completely set and not sticky before storing.
    Boil the sugar mixture. The candy coating needs to boil before using. It is important for it to have the correct texture.
    Make in advance. This recipe is simple to make in advance for parties and other occasions. You can easily make this a few days ahead to enjoy later without the prep work.
