    • Form a study group with classmates. No one understands stress in nursing school like your classmates. Find a group of students who take the same classes as you and form a peer study group.
    • Make sure you have a support system outside of school. I cannot stress how important it is to have friends and family to rely on while you are in nursing school.
    • Ask for help! It is okay to want to be independent or self-sufficient, but you do not have to push yourself beyond what you are capable of handling. Nursing school is hard.
