The zoo is located just north of downtown Cincinnati and is easy to get to both by I-75 and I-71. In the summer the zoo is open from 10-6PM. You can buy tickets online ahead of your visit or at the entrance to the zoo (if you buy in person expect to wait ~10-20 minutes).
