Yadira D. Caraveo (/ j ə ˈ d ɪər ə k ɛər ə ˈ v eɪ oʊ / yə-DEER-ə kair-ə-VAY-oh; born December 23, 1980) is an American politician and pediatrician serving as the U.S. representative for Colorado's 8th congressional district since 2023. A Democrat, she is Colorado's first Latina member of Congress.
