It features American business magnate and 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump, rapping against former U.S. Vice President and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden. It was released on October 24th, 2020.

•Two teasers of Luke Skywalker fighting Death Eaters can be seen during the Patreon end credits. •This is the first battle to be released in the 2020s, not counting the release of the previously-scrapped King Henry VIII vs Hillary Clinton on February 15. •This is the third battle to not have a Behind the Scenes video, following the series premiere and the Season 5 finale. •This is the first battle where Donald Trump has two verses. •This is the first U.S. election-themed battle to not have Abe Lincoln appear as a third-party rapper. •This is the second battle to have a variation on the "Who won? Who's next? You decide!" ending, after Eastern Philosophers vs Western Philosophers. Production
•This battle was announced by ERB as a result of their collaboration with HeadCount, a non-profit organization which works with musicians to promote participation in democracy in the United States. •This battle was written in conjunction with members of the ERB Patreon. Patrons in the "Writer" and "Director" tiers on Discord were able to submit lines for the rappers, which were then incorporated into the battle. •During this writing process, several variations of the previous election battle format were considered. Before settling on the simple 1 vs 1 of the final product, one such variation involved Mike Pence (Trump's Vice President) and Kamala Harris (Biden's candidate for Vice President) backing up Trump and Biden respectively, with the battle ending on former Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders flying in on pigeons (as opposed to Abe Lincoln's traditional Bald Eagle) as a third-party rapper. However, this idea was scrapped to avoid overcomplicating the battle, especially in the midst of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. •Two demos of the battle can be accessed on the ERB Patreon.
Continuity
•If counting the previous U.S. election-themed battles as a series, this is the fifth battle to be a sequel to a previous battle, after Hitler vs Vader 2, Hitler vs Vader 3, Donald Trump vs Hillary Clinton, and Nice Peter vs EpicLLOYD 2. •This is the second time that a title rapper reappears as a title rapper against a different opponent, since Trump previously battled Ebenezer Scrooge and Hillary Clinton in separate battles.
