However, in the Prime Earth continuity Zeus first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Wonder Woman (Volume 4) #3 by Brian Azzarello and Cliff Chiang.
DC. Zeus is the ruler of the Gods of Olympus of Greek mythology. He is married to Hera and has many extramarital children, including Ares and Herakles. He gives his power (and lightning) to Captain Marvel, and in the New 52, he is the father of Wonder Woman.
