Beneath the glass table tops are vintage photos, many from early Allentown Fair and Allentown Farmers Market events. There's also a take out window and picnic tables outside. Two items they are known for are barbecue and homemade ice cream.

Jun 17, 2024 · Dan and Laurie Wuchter, owners of the Allentown Farmers Market, reopened the Ritz Barbecue at the fairgrounds on March 4. A welcome tradition to many Lehigh Valley residents, the Ritz had been closed when the previous owners retired.
