"Elegy" is the twentieth episode of the American television anthology series The Twilight Zone. It originally aired on February 19, 1960, on CBS. The episode was based on a short story by Charles Beaumont published in the February 1953 issue of Imagination: Stories of Science and Fantasy.
With Cecil Kellaway, Jeff Morrow, Don Dubbins, Kevin Hagen. Three astronauts touch down on an asteroid, where they discover a world of people that appear to be frozen in time. Confused, they theorize as to why everyone is motionless, until a man springs to life and explains.

This episode takes place on the cemetery asteroid Happy Glades in 2186. The title "elegy" refers to a somber song or poem expressing sorrow for one who has died. Most of Earth's surface was destroyed in an atomic war in 1985 in this episode. The second The Twilight Zone series launched in 1985.
