Frank Kowalsky is an American clarinetist and music educator. He received a B.M. degree from the Eastman School of Music in 1967, M.M. degree from Manhattan School of Music in 1968, and D.M.A. from the Catholic University of America in 1973.

Aug 21, 2014 · Dr. Kowalsky connected those tiny black and white dots on a page and taught me how to make music “between the notes.” Teaching in Dr. Bish's studio at Florida State Univeristy. While at FSU I had the pleasure of hearing him perform many times, in and out of my lessons.
