An absolute scam of a company. I decided to try their offer of starting a subscription with a free diffuser and paid an initial $180. After 2 weeks, I received a faulty device.

Hotel Collection is a horrible company who does not show all reviews for their products on their website. I know this because I gave them a 1 star review after receiving a diffuser I paid over $200 for over 3 months later and it was defective.
This company is a scam. They take your money through a company called Glopal, but you never receive the goods. The contact form on the Hotel Collection website doesn't work, they have no phone number.

The absolute worst customer service experience. I have spent over $600 with this company since I purchased my diffuser tower 4 months ago and the machine randomly decided to “lock” on its own and they tell me there’s nothing they can do, and I have to repurchase a new diffuser.
