Mr. Stephens oversees the Property & Casualty distribution for Keenan’s Public Agency Division which consists of 800+ public agencies, educational entities and joint powers authorities. Mr. Stephens is involved in the corporate design and marketing of Keenan’s proprietary Property & Casualty programs.
