For me he spawned EXACTLY 60 minutes from the time the first trash mob died (on island 4). also when the first trash mob dies, Nottap Ekim spawns and begins the 60min timer for Keeper of Souls. he also begins his own timer of 120min, which once is reached Nottap himself will despawn and you can kill another trash mob on island 4 to start another KoS/Nottap spawn cycle.
Sep 1, 2022 · I encountered it just now while attempting to solo the Plane of Sky with a heroic 85 ranger and the Keeper of Souls spawned. I was trying to get a Crown of Elemental Mastery for my almost-46 mage since I think it could be fun to run around for a while at that level with the epic (this is on Firiona Vie server where I can send quest drops through the shared bank).
After killing the first mob on the island a hidden timer starts to spawn Keeper of Souls. It may take up to an hour for him to spawn. He Death Touches. Once he does spawn kill him to spawn Sirran the Lunatic. Give Sirran the Lunatic Bird Whistle to receive Avian Key. Access to Island 6 – Key of the Swarm

Aug 25, 2020 · He acts as a timer for the Keeper of Souls and prevents multiple spawns. Basically: If yes, nothing nothing happens. If not, the Keeper of Souls timer starts. The timer is between 60 and 100 minutes. Incidentally: "Nottap Ekim" is an Easter Egg: Reversed, is "Mike Patton" who had a song called "The Raging Wrath of the Easter Bunny".
