Jun 14, 2013 · For a summer blockbuster, “Man of Steel” is fine. Director Zack Snyder presents us with energetic, impressive action sequences, and actor Henry Cavill is a jaw-droppingly handsome Superman. Christopher Nolan and David S. Goyer give us backstory in spades.
