I'm pretty sure that was already confirmed to be an ARG/art project/hoax. If it were a real body or linked to a real crime it would have been investigated a long time ago and the videos wouldn't still be up on YouTube. Similar to how 112dirtbag was quickly investigated a ruled out to be a hoax.
The man who posted the videos never reveals his identity publicly, but left various clues as to who he is. One of those clues is the name the YouTube account is registered to: Robert Helpmann. The channel's name is "Robert Helpmann" and the videos apparently show a "Daisy". Helpmann was a famous Australian dancer and actor, who died in 1986. There's only one Daisy I could link to Helpmann, Daisy Bates.
