Stick to the first wheel, then the second wheel, then go around for the Skull Goos, then come back up and properly apply knob attachment.
Simply do only the moves needed to complete the level. Be sure that when going around the third wheel, you attach only one Skull Goo. You can also throw Goo at the structure at the beginning to move it right a little without using any moves.
In development, it was called “Wheels of Mortality”. This version had early assets of the wheels themselves, and the background was a much lighter color.

Sep 12, 2016 · The Third Wheel. One of the more annoying levels, it introduces the blowfish goo, capable of latching onto surfaces while being tied with other goo's. Build a small tower and use the blowfish to latch onto the above "wheel". While at this point, release the blowfish and nit it onto the second wheel.
