Nov 14, 2023 · It sounds like there are multiple issues with Victra stores and I don't understand why Verizon isn't more responsive about these issues. We called Verizon and have had the strangest phone calls with truly weird Verizon customer service reps in the past week.
Nov 18, 2023 · Problems didn't stop there. After returning EVERYTHING to the Victra store, we re-ordered directly through Verizon. Total incompetence with everybody we dealt with. SO MANY 2-hour long phone calls and online chats. Part of our new order was sent to an incorrect address, 100% Verizon's mistake.
Feb 5, 2024 · I went to a Verizon Victra outlet today to negotiate my bill as a 10+ year customer and to possibly upgrade. I was told they can’t lower my bill but they’ll give me an iPad and I can trade in my 13 mini to upgrade to a 15 pro for only 10$ extra a month.
