    • How to Get Wine Reviews For Free

Wine writers, critics, and specialized publications rate, review, and recommend thousands of wines every year. As we know it, the wine industry wouldn’t be the same without these information channels. Instead of Pliny the Elder, we have Robert Parker. Wine reviewers set trends and guide customers’ preferences; they are an essential part of the indu...

    • Wine Enthusiast. The Wine Enthusiast magazine is one of the most popular publications in the world of wine. The monthly editions focus on reviews of newly launched wines but cover a whole lot more besides.
    • Wine Spectator. Wine Spectator is another very well known and popular wine magazine. I'd say it's aimed at those with a bit more knowledge about wine but that doesn't make it any less interesting.
    • Decanter Magazine. Decanter magazine covers both wine and spirits but has a definite focus on wine. Decanter does over 4,000 wine reviews every year, and in the May 2023 edition alone they covered 352 bottles.
    • Wine Advocate. Headed by Robert Parker (he has a great blog too) and now owned by the Michelin Group (owners of the Michelin Guide), Wine Advocate is arguably the world’s authority on wine.
  4. Discovering great new wines of all types from around the globe is what drives the Wine Enthusiast team of reviewers. We blind-tasted more than 23,000 bottles in the past 12 months and for The Enthusiast 100 narrowed them down to the following elite list of exceptional wines.

  6. Wine Enthusiast magazine blind tastes, rates and reviews wines and spirits for publication in our magazine and Web site.
