Jan 25, 2020 · The Riverman became one of A&E’s highest rated movies of all time and it’s easy to see why. This movie plays out like a theatrical release with very strong performances by Bruce Greenwood and Cary Elwes. While the direction may not be perfect, the actors carry the movie well and it really pays off.

I watched this last night on A&E. A well-done film that stays true to the book that it was based on. Elwes's portrayal of Bundy was chilling to watch, as I remember vividly the interviews with the real Ted. I was disappointed with the ending though, how it did not focus on Gary Ridgeway (The Green River Killer) more deeply.
