Founded by Beth Holden and Wolfgang Melian in 2005, the firm pools together a broad base of experience and carries an aesthetic that synthesizes European and American architectural practices.
commercial projects before she launched her own architectural firm, NEW THEME Inc. As a certified green builder as well as a licensed California State Contractor, she is uniquely able to apply a design-build approach to each of her projects that integrates all work stages from conception to completion.
Designed by Beth Holden while she was an associate at Barton Myers Assoc., Inc., and completed by Beth when she began construction under a NEW THEME INC. The program called for an addition of a master bedroom, master bath, and carport for a Graphic Designer.
