Jun 15, 2011 · I have asked Casablanca Express for a refund of my money over a month ago, and they still have not responded. This shows a lot about their customer service. I also tried to change an arrival date to 1 day ahead, and they said they could do nothing to help me.

In 2022 I sued Casablanca Express (Riverside Superior Court case #SCSW2101136) and they settled instead of appearing in court where I could accuse them of defrauding and perpetrating a scam upon me.
