The SMU Cox School of Business is headquartered in four buildings on SMU's 210-acre main campus five miles north of downtown Dallas and has a second campus in Plano, Texas.
The Cox School offers seven business majors, a specialization within one major, a minor in business administration and a minor in business. Declared business majors may also choose to add one of four concentrations.
All students take the same core business classes during the first semester at Cox. Second-semester students can begin taking electives. Semesters at Cox are divided into two 8-week modules.
