DPR offers an array of summer camps at dozens of locations throughout DC. Specialized winter camp that coincides with DCPS Winter break. Full-day camp during the DCPS new mid-winter break. Full-day camps for children during DCPS Spring Break.
DPR offers a variety of summer camps for kids with a variety of interests! SIGNATURE CAMPS: Little Explorers- Ages 3-5 - DPR signature day camp hosted at DPR recreation centers. Discovery Camp- Ages 6-10 - DPR's signature day camp hosted at DPR recreation centers.
The DPR summer camp lottery opens on Monday, February 12, and closes on Monday, February 26. Customers will register for up to 4 choices of camp type and locations per child per camp session. There are four camp sessions.
Starts: Tuesday, April 11, 2023. 5 pm-8 pm at each site. Camp Riverview is a program for children ages 8-13 held from June 26-August 18, 2023. This is an overnight camp experience on DPR property in Maryland. Each session is a week-long and included fishing, horseback riding and more.
