Emily Erin Deschanel (/ ˌ d eɪ ʃ ə ˈ n ɛ l /; born October 11, 1976) is an American actress. She played Dr. Temperance "Bones" Brennan in the Fox crime procedural series Bones (2005–2017).
Emily Deschanel is an American actress and producer, best known for playing Dr. Temperance Brennan on Bones. She is also a vegan, an animal rights activist, and a friend of her co-star David Boreanaz.
