The Behavioral Health Department is proud to recognize Frank Warren, Prevention & Outreach Division Manager and Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Coordinator, as he celebrates 25 years of service.
Frank Warren teaches courses on leadership and management in public policy and grant writing at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He is a lecturer in the Political Science Department and his office is in Building 24, Room 205.
