GRITS is an Internet-based immunization registry operated by the Immunization Program of the Georgia Department of Public Health. Enrolled health care providers and schools can enter and/or obtain immunization information for clients, including tracking and reminder functions.
GRITS2.0 will provide healthcare providers, schools, pharmacies, state agencies, and other immunization partners with a user-centric experience that provides the vaccine intelligence needed to "monitor, manage, and mobilize data for a healthier future."
You can request a copy of your immunization records online at no cost through the Georgia Department of Public Health. Your healthcare provider or local public health department may also be able to provide you with a copy of your immunization records.
