Harry Joseph Warren (born May 31, 1950, in East Liverpool, Ohio) is a Human Resource Specialist and Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He has represented the 76th district (and the preceding 77th district) (including constituents in Rowan County) since 2011.

His oldest son, Jason, is a decorated veteran of Desert Storm, son Adam is a District Manager for Harris Teeter and his son Joshua is self-employed.
Harry’s extensive management experience in the various industries serves to make him the best prepared and most qualified candidate to represent District 76 in the State House.
