Ian Michael Roberts (born July 29, 1965) is an American actor, comedian, writer, and a founding member of the famed Upright Citizens Brigade improv and sketch comedy troupe.

In August of 2000, Ian received rave reviews for his debut feature film role as the tyrannical choreographer Sparky Polastri in the Kirsten Dunst film Bring It On (2000). His most recent performance was in the box office smash Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004).
One of the founding members of the sketch comedy troupe, Upright Citizens Brigade, who played roles in Bring It On and Anchorman. He has also appeared on Arrested Development, Players, and Key & Peele.
