Houston's Japanese Garden is a 5.5-acre (2.2 ha) Japanese garden in Hermann Park, in the U.S. state of Texas. The garden was designed by Tokyo landscape designer Ken Nakajima and opened in 1992.
The Japanese gardens are right at the Hermann park, parallel with the reflecting pool. The gardens are pretty small, but very nice with ponds, bridges and beautifully manicured trees. Entrance is free.
