Registered Nurse (Current Employee) - Brea, CA - December 12, 2023. We have great staff, but pay sucks. RN required to work very hard, 8 to 9 patients and sometimes 10 but we have CNA and LVN that distributes the load but still you are responsible for 9 patients and sometimes or often overwhelming.
