Le Tour Evanston offers a charming atmosphere with decent cuisine. The presentation of the dishes is nice, but the flavors are more on the ordinary side. The major drawback is the pricing - it feels a bit too high for the overall experience. The service is good, adding to the pleasant dining atmosphere.
