ANNUAL ACTION PLAN SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENTS. The Lake County Community Economic Development Department (LCCEDD) is proposing to amend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Annual Action Plans (9-1-2018 to 8-31-2024) for use of HOME Investment Partnership Program funds (HOME).
