Make a large arena in the cavern layer and just wait for it. It's great for hardmode farming as well. Lifeform analyzer,hunter potion,a large area,water candles and battle potions. I don't know if this is true but someone said they become rarer in hardmode but as i said i don't know if it's true or not. I found lost girl but she was in nymph form.
