To cancel a magazine subscription: Go to Your Memberships & Subscriptions . Find the magazine in your list of current magazine orders. Select Cancel subscription. Follow the on-screen instructions. Note: Some publishers don't allow cancellation. These subscriptions are non-refundable.
Contact Magazine Customer Service. You can contact the magazine's customer service if you need help with a subscription. To report a problem with your subscription, select Report a problem at Magazine Subscription Manager and fill out the form. We'll send your request to the publisher for resolution.
